• Gaps in trim are caulked.
• Walls are sanded where required.
• Expert carpentry work is done for any problem area which needs repair.
• Quality paint is applied.
• Second coat is available upon request or when specified on contract.
• Before the crew packs up their equipment, the project manager inspects the job with the customer to insure all contracted areas are painted properly.
